Kiosks are an inseparable part of the Tel Aviv landscape. Often, they are overlooked as an element of city life. Painter and architect Stacey Piltzer uses the Kiosks as her subject. Her images display a shift in colour and energy that allow for her unique point of view on daily life in Tel Aviv. Piltzer’s mixture of techniques and variety of size reflects the diversity of kiosks in Tel Aviv. Piltzer’s work is nostalgic and portrays the importance of kiosks in Tel Aviv daily life.
