This piece is inspired by the contrast of the building’s geometry, the green touch of the plants, and the Tel Aviv blue sky. Rothschild Ave. was the place I fell in love with when I first arrived in the city 14 years ago as a new immigrant. Through this illustration, I aimed to capture the spirit of renewal, the clear sky, and the diagonals that characterize Bauhaus architecture.

Sabrina Brügmann (Sasa Elebea) is an illustrator and artist based in Tel Aviv, creating bold line drawings that celebrate daily moments with a positive perspective.
