Urban Narratives. Paintings By Emmanuel Piperno
- Categories 2010, Architecture, Paintings
“Born in 1960, graduate from a visual and plastic arts university, Emmanuel Laurent Piperno has first started his career and gained recognition as a writer. His first essay “House, mirror of the soul”, a study about the psychological connexions that link us to our home, was followed by a novel named “Expresso Agitato” which narrates the story of an agoraphobic artist, locked up in his apartment. Obsessed with space, cities and architectures, Emmanuel, his books’ signature, is in quest of meaning and value. He carries us through Tel Aviv, the White city, the ‘bubble’, and invites us to think.
