The book deals mainly with apartment buildings built in Tel Aviv in the late 1930s, turning the gaze on the common areas, particualarly on the entrance spaces, which include a garden, the roofed area raised on pilotis, the entrance hall and stairwells. In addition it documentes small details such as mailboxes, or door knobs etc.
