Category : Visit Tel Aviv
Date : November 13, 2017

The White City of Tel Aviv, built in the Bauhaus tradition, is one of the best known UNESCO Heritage Sites in Israel. Here is a selection of a few other sites (that we are also offer guided tours to). They can all be reached in a comfortable day-trip from Tel Aviv.

The UNESCO World Heritage Sites are judged important to the collective interests of humanity. Each one is a landmark or area, selected as having cultural, historical, scientific or other form of significance.

Acco/Acre

Akko has been known since biblical times. The impressive fortresses are evidence of a notable era—today the Crusader city lies outside the present old town, which was built in the 18th century.

Masada

The uniqueness of Massada is due to discoveries from the time of King Herod. On Massada the drama during the Great Jewish Revolt against the Romans took place.

Jerusalem

The city of Jerusalem is a confusing mosaic of religious shrines, historic sites and cultural monuments. Our unique tour to the Old City of Jerusalem takes us to the famous and well known sites of Jerusalem, as well as to hidden gems.

Tel Aviv White City

The White City of Tel Aviv is a synthesis of outstanding significance of the various trends of the Modern Movement in architecture and town planning in the early part of the 20th century. Such influences were adapted to the cultural and climatic conditions of the place, as well as being integrated with local traditions.

We are happy to offer day-trips and tours to these UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Israel. Find more details about the guided Tours here on our website and please contact us now for tour details, dates and offers.
