An international workshop, placed under the patronage of the French Commission for the UNESCO, organised by the Allianace of European Cultural Cities (AVEC). The title of our contribution in 2008: La ville blanche, la gestion d’un patrimoine moderne en evolution. The title of our contribution in 2010: Impliquer les habitants et les visiteurs pour favoriser le developpement economique et social et l’amelioration du cadre de vie local.
