A VIP Visitor at Bauhaus Center: Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai
Category : Bauhaus Center Events
Date : May 1, 2018
It was an honor to host Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Huldai last week for an extended visit at the Bauhaus Center. We proudly showed him around our book shop and gallery space on Dizengoff Street 77. Our partnership with the Tel Aviv City Municipality lasts for 20 years soon, in fact since the Bauhaus Center was founded in 2000.
We presented Ron Huldai our classic permanent exhibition about the history and renewal of the architectural gems in Tel Aviv, as well as the current art show dedicated to the first 70 years of Israeli art.
At the end of the tour with founder Micha Gross, the mayor said laughing: “You are the ideal citizens: working in favor of the municipality and not asking for any salary. I will guarantee for further cooperation between us.” Thank you for the visit!
